Return & Refund Policy

  At Everything SGA, every item we sell is an authentic, limited stadium-giveaway
  collectible. Because of the exclusive and limited nature of these items, all sales are
  final — we do not accept returns or exchanges on items delivered in good condition.

  Our Damage Guarantee
  We stand behind every order. Each collectible is carefully inspected and securely
  packaged to arrive in the same condition it left us. In the rare event that your item
  arrives damaged, you're fully covered: contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and its packaging, and we'll make it right with your choice of a full refund
  or a replacement (subject to availability).

  How to File a Damage Claim
  Email us at everythingsga@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging within 7 days of delivery. We'll respond promptly and take care of you.

  Refunds
  Once your claim is approved, your refund is processed within 3 business days to your
  original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few
  additional days for the refund to appear on your statement.

  We currently ship within the United States only.
